In March this year, Samer Kurdi, a PhD student in the Department of Materials Science, was invited to participate in the 69th Lindau Nobel Laureate Meeting this summer.  Samer, has recently returned from his trip and shares eight lessons learnt during his time in Lindau on his blog post.
